No update on Alaska.

Trump is still ahead, but often by only a few tens of thousands of votes or just under 200,000. Enough that urban areas could swing the difference by 10 this morning.

It’s 93 or 94% of the vote counted. Michigan and Nevada are 88% counted.

They seem to be stretching things out as long as possible for urban areas to make up the difference.

If nothing else, it's a good technique to maintain higher viewership throughout the night/early morning.
 
Upon thinking about all this, the thing that most strikes me is the left learned nothing from 2016. They had a fundamentally detestable candidate with 0 policies that they propped up because "Its Her Turn". That mainlined their on farts that they completely lost sight of the electorate. They got so lost in the "Cheetoh Hitler" propaganda sauce that they had no understanding of what was driving his movement. Add all that together, you had lefties who had no idea what was happening around them on election night.

Now 8 years later, it's the exact same shit. Maybe it's my fault for believing in some modicum of intelligence in the modern liberal, but I assumed that everyone understood that obviously fake Iowa poll was obviously fake and they were just trying to save face. But no, apparently they somehow actually believed that she would get 350+ EVs. That Trump would be in tears as he gets hauled of to jail tonight. I had someone with a straight face tell me in earnest that Kamala was being underrepresented in the polls on the order of 5 fucking points.
