Watched the debate tonight my takeaways were:
-Chris and Doug are torpedoing their campaigns FAST
-Asa somehow thinks being a RINO is gonna get him to win?
-Haley kept losing the crowd because she kept going against a national abortion ban
-Tim Scott and Mike Pence was moderately a bit more popular with the crowd
-imo Ramaswamy and DeSantis are definitely the biggest threats to Donald Trump right now from how popular they were with the crowd tonight the most but Chris, Doug, Asa, and Nikki campaigns are definitely dead.

yes, it's a small faction of people, but unlike the majority of A&H posters i have positive relationships with women and i hear the clucking coming from the henhouse. if republicans don't come up with a cohesive abortion plan that women can feel safe with there's going to be a lot of "surprise" wins by the democrats in the same way there were a lot of "surprise" wins by Trump in 2016. another situation where people are afraid to openly be against the grain but will quietly vote against what the polls say

The winner is Trump. These debates are a charade. Trump will destroy any perceived, real or imagined traction any candidate gets.

As much as I dislike Pence, Christie and Haley (two of them are pro-war btw), They came out the strongest in the debate.
Desantis failed to answer questions, which is a big no no nowadays for politicians, and Vivek was tryhard and cringe. I was impressed when he went to Kensington and Chicago. But it's become more apparent that he just went to these places to brag about it.
