I suggest the embroidered kind only. They vinyl type are dumb to me. A velcro backing would be nice so I can put more autism on my larping gear but if it increased the cost by much I'm fine with it being omitted.




Eggshell sticker run already happened. Perhaps if it isn't too much they could be re-run along side the patches. Also the design from the sticker would translate pretty ok to a patch but I think we'd all like to see something new too.

YES my eggshell sticker campaigning in every merch thread worked!!! I missed it when the sticker/thread was changed to eggshell stickers later and didn't get to buy.

EDIT: Also, velcro is gay. You can easily make a non-velcro patch into a velcro patch.

If it's possible to add reflective material for no extra cost, could be a nice little nod to terry while not using him as merch. They glow in the dark, but you can only see em at night.

Whatever it turns out to be, I'll be sticking it to my gearbag - in the unlikely event that a client, recognizing it, turns out to be a fellow kiwi, I'll certainly be happy to charge them double my usual rate

If velcro backing turns out to cost a lot more, I'd recommend not adding it in production to save some cash.
For anyone wishing to attach it without sewing, velcro with adhesive is very cheap and as these patches weigh basically nothing, a strip of it will hold them with no issue, basically forever.
Personally, I'd like the design to lean towards wholesome kiwi, rather than military, but that's just me.

Anyway, classic tomcat patch as a rainbow fursuit with a pride flag background would be kinda funny.

Maybe make it seems like it's not mocking furries at face value, but in a subtle way it is?

If you're semi-serious about post-net world war identifiaction in the hopes it saves a kiwi's life, just use the site's logo over a black background. No text, not a slice of divisive, just the image of a Kiwi.
