If they need to refer to it, it still needs a number of some sort. Otherwise they can't index it.

Apparently she filed something that warranted a number.

@Null So it looks like "motion for judgment" is some VA specific small claims/expedited proceeding type civil remedy, not a summary judgment motion. She probably filed something that didn't comply with court rules and didn't fix it when told to.
