Artwork Posted Without Permission
Hello, I recently came across a post on this forum that contained a piece of my artwork that was posted without my permission (since no one has permission to repost my artwork.)

I humbly request that the post containing my artwork be removed as soon as possible, since again, it was posted without my permission thus is violating my copyrights as the original owner. Please and thank you.

1) how did she even find it. It's in a spoiler and everything. Does she constantly google image search or what?
2) She obviously is one of those people that don't understand how the world around her works. Fuck her. Leave it up.
3) she asked nicer than a lot of other people ... we should totally give her credit on that one single post that uses her art. And by "credit" I obviously mean her dox. @Dynastia get to it buddy. We believe in you.

Meh, she didn't really flip her shit, I'll give her credit for that. If people have gotten threads removed by being polite (by our standards), I don't see the harm in it. Of course, that's assuming she's not prime lolcow material. @Lurker's image suggests some investigation is warranted before making a decision.
 
She wasn't a sped about it, (even if she doesn't understand copyright) so I think it should be removed. If she freaked I would say keep it but I think she made about as succinct of a case as she could without freaking out.
 
I don't think that is how copyright works, but I don't see an issue with removing some random picture (that was posted months ago) if the person who drew it asks nicely.

Then again, I don't follow or give a fuck about the thread in question, so what the hell do I know?
 
I say we do her a favor. She was pretty decent about it, and it will serve as a nice object lesson to the dumber cows who tard rage instead showing @Null some basic courtesy when they ask stuff be removed.
 
I would demand that anyone making a takedown request prove their identity by scanning their ID or driver's license and then use it to dox them when they do.
 
Sometimes you don't know if someone's a lolcow until you see how they react when told "No". If she doesn't chimp out after that then I don't care either way.
