I can appreciate the joke but Phil's "luck" relies traditionally on people who are for whatever reason sympathetic to his plight and/or ignorant to his nature. A judge won't be either.

He's totally behind on his 2019 Fed tax payments, didn't outright say that but the 2nd payment plan statement clearly indicates he hasn't been keeping up on that.
