What this reminds me of is the bombing of Air India 182--done by Sikh sepratists in Canada.

Look at the Golden Dragon massacre, where a Chinatown gang tried to kill a rival gang at a Chinese restaurant. Local ethnic restaurants can attract a lot of community problems.

Those sorts of Indian restaurants are too rare, at least where I live. Beef prepared that style is really tasty.
