Lovequest 10-02-18 CWC Vs McD's

Makes you wonder if somebody gets mad about what Chris is consuming soon to become his private chef who makes him temporaly experience what it means to dine properly... or just some guy who makes him a turkey sandwich on occasion.
But Chris might as well go to Subway.

I think by sociable he means that it's more of an open air concept, like an open air office vs having cubicles. Even if you're not talking to anyone, you can still feel their presence.. or something.
Anyways though, I've never seen anyone use the kiosks. Do people actually use them outside of super busy locations(like a mcdonalds in downtown nyc)?

Barb used to cook for him and Bob, but she stopped years ago. I think he's been eating frozen food ever since, but he has tweeted about buying premade salads at the supermarket.

Soon every customer will use them. They have replaced cashiers for years in the singapSin test market.

Chris whining about the sunlight being too bright at McDonald's is one of the most NEETish thing he's said in a while.

Remember too that Chris likes to treat places he's comfortable in like extensions of his bedroom.

I guess that would explain why he always brings all of his toys and shit with him everywhere he goes.

The way Chris always carries and brandishes around his toys straight up feels like fucking shamanism. Like by setting up that dumbass high school playset he's actually warding against evil spirits or some shit.

I’m rusty on my Christory, but I thought that Barb (or Bob) had Chris and Bob move because the school was threatening or recommending DCS to take him away,or have him placed in a special needs school?
I don’t think the sole reason the family divided was because of Barb’s job was it?
Also, does Barb get a pension plan or 401K from her receptionist job, or from Bob?

I believe all Green Co. suggested was placement in the Virginia Institute of Autism, although this was just discussed in his IEP, not a definitive plan. And, for the record, I agree with Bob. With kids, monkey see, monkey do, and many of the children who attend VIA have behavioral issues. Mainstreaming helps kids with Asperger's conform as much as they can by seeing normies act normal. Chris would likely be less functional if he hadn't been.

Yeah it was just a scam they were running to keep Chris in human school which required the family living in two addresses. I know a-logging Barb is what the hip kids do but the family separation had nothing to do with her wanting to be a Strong Career Womyn.

They could have driven Chris to school just a town over. Barb could have moved with the family. Or, you know, told Green County to fuck off.

I don't think Barb wanted to be a "strong career womyn." I suspect she wanted away from her little retard.

Chris lives his life like an independent 7 year old with a drivers license and disposable money. So if you ask a 7 year old what they want to eat everyday, they'll say "McDonalds! Then toy shopping!!" and that's exactly what Chris has been doing most of his adult life.

Hahaha da fucking freedom fries.

OT, but we live in the days of "fast casual" food and kids being little moralist shits. A seven year old today would likely say, "Chipotle! And then I want to play Farmville; every time I make a cow I help cure breast cancer!" Chris is an odd hybrid of angsty teen, people pleasing late elementary schooler, and demanding toddler.

This whole rant had me think of the documentary 'Supersize me'.

Can Null or Marvin or some one get Chris to watch that documentary? I mean yes, the Autistic rage is amusing, but I wonder his reaction to being informed his diet is behind a fuckton of problems would be?
Facts are not a cure for autism, unfortunately

God forbid anything upset Chris' routine of sitting for hours doing crosswords and playing on his phone at McDonald's. I have no idea why a restaurant would want to kick out a customer who only spends 5 dollars and then proceeds to take up a whole booth while abusing the free wifi and drink refill policy.
This doesn't look very Socialable to me.

When Captain mentioned Chris is aware his HRT is shortening his life, I was a bit surprised. I wonder if Chris is taking the "popular" suicide route; instead of killing yourself outright, do as many socially acceptable unhealthy things and just chop off as many years as you can. Some people drink and smoke, Chris does HRT and Mickey D's.

That building looks like it used to be a senior home care. Something about that building is questionable and isn't like of McDonald's standard.

It might be an older location. I've seen quite a few McDonalds in North America that look like that, right down to the slanted brown roof.

Wait, I was unaware of this. The doctor knowingly allowed Chris to go on hormones, despite him being in a class where it's screwing up his life?

Or do you mean Captain told Chris HRT will shorten his life? Cause....there is a difference. One is a doctor asking for a lawsuit, the other is some dude on the internet who read it some where. My god wait, is Barb waiting for Chris to tap out of life and blame hormones and then sue a doctor and expand her hoard?

It's not so dramatic, but it's my understanding that HRT can lead to other health complications resulting in a reduced lifespan, and Chris is aware of the risks as well and ok with it. It's like certain prescriptions or cancer treatments, there are risks. It's just up to you to decide how to roll the dice. In Chris's case, I don't see why a shorter life would be such a bad thing. I wouldn't want to live into my 70s with his autism or reputation either.
