Lovequest 10-02-18 CWC Vs McD's

I wouldn't say that. I would say it was a special occasion. Like getting a bonus from your boss might mean you might splurge on an expensive steak. But if you got an ordinary raise, you might not eat those expensive steaks every night.

It's not about defending his eating habits. It's about clarifying a misconception about Chris.

The cwcki is written in a very tongue-in-cheek way, so we frequently get rushes of new people here who didn't read the cwcki particularly critically. So there's pushback in the form of correcting the new arrivals.

Hasn't he admitted that he goes there all the time?

Depending on what you get, McDonalds is not that unhealthy. It's no more unhealthy than any sit down restaurant or pre-packaged process shit like hot pockets.

These kind of patrons are called “campers” (order small items, occupy a space for hours when you could’ve turned that table four times over. Management hates this, so do employees). He usually floats over there to get away from Barb for a while, it’s like his little office. I’m wondering if this new revamp is a burr under his tail because it’s cut back surface area for his LEGO schoolhouse and all his other toys.

LOL, I like you Marvin, but I don't which is worse......saving money for toys by abstaining for junk food or splurging on junkfood when you have some money burning a hole in your pocket.
I think the former is somewhat worse. The latter's more normal.
The CWCki errs on the sarcastic side but the data tends to be corroborated elsewhere.
Not objectively. Like when it comes to trolling, only a small portion of the video Chris has made over the years were not scripted videos. Scripted to the letter. But the cwcki sells the reader on the idea that Chris has a hair trigger for making videos and most of them were prompted by his own impulses.

That's the kind of bias the cwcki has.

Everything interesting and funny about Chris is posted there. The goal of the cwcki is not give an accurate portrayal of Chris, but to give a funny portrayal of Chris.
And I find it a little weird you're comparing a splurge at McD's to a one-time steak dinner. The guy isn't mentally equipped to be that self-controlled.
It's not about self control, it's about a momentary burst of money. Chris has a baseline.
Frankly, y'all explaining this away is suspicious.
I own and run the cwcki. I know it's full of nonsense. But that's it's point: it's to be full of funny nonsense.
Hasn't he admitted that he goes there all the time?
He does. But there's a difference between three times a day and three times a week. Not really worth a big discussion though.

I doubt Chris is buying anything substantial, but if he IS holding he should be careful, Virginia has some of the toughest pot laws in the country. Imagine getting 30 days for having an 1/8th?
Virginia's pot laws aren't that strict. They're written harshly but in practice Chris doesnt have enough cash to buy enough weed to get into real trouble. Judges in the Commonwealth generally don't care about anything less than an ounce. There's any number of ways you can slide around getting caught with weed in Virginia (unless you have a scale on you, in which case you are truly fucked.)

... Meaning money is the only real barrier to him eating there so frequently.

Not really sure why the rush to defend his eating habits...?
That's my point too. The only thing stopping Chris from eating like that all the time is money, and he consistently runs out of money by the middle of the month. This is how. Death by a thousand cuts.

This isn't even a cwcki based data pool, that recept was posted here. Chris tweeted about McDonald's passionately, hence this very thread. He tweets about their food and their management. He's photographed there. He shoots videos there. He hung out with his attraction sign there. He sets scenes in his comic there. "Night star" worked there last summer. Fucking q-sands! Marvin frigging kidnapped Emily outside of a food court McDonald's!

I'll go out on a limb and say McDonald's is the most frequently mentioned location(chain) aside from his very own home.

Why is Chris writing text-walls on twitter? Isn't the purpose of that platform to make quick messages?

Chris doesn't understand how Twitter works. To him, it's his personal soapbox where he can bitch and moan or air his frustrations. It's also where he can put up demands, because he feels a certain way about something, but he never takes anyone else's opinions to hand, just his own. So much for being able to sympathize/empathize with people Chris, you're doing the exact fucking opposite and coming off as a huge douchebag in the process. No wonder why you have a horrible reputation that follows you, and it's also the reason why people still block him.

It's deffinetly not the worst, 14th worst, but it's laws are still pretty draconian to me. I can smoke a joint on my porch while waving to a cop car(I don't because that's stupid) and be %100 compliant. Virginia can still hit you with a $500 fine or 30 days, and that's just for a first offense.

Plus: Chris has a record. That includes multiple assaults. So if somebody other than his local PD pops him, it might not go so well. All I know is, stay out of the south.

What about Sheetz? He's eating there constantly. It's open 24/7 and it meshes with his shitty sleeping schedule. That legit might be the bulk of his diet.

Yeah but that doesn't have the sit down ambiance to bring a date to. Inflatable or otherwise.

I'm actually very unfamiliar with sheetz aside from Chris and thinking that that's a horrible name for a place that sells crappy food.

McDonalds is romantic to Chris.
Romance as in the literal sense or sexual sense? Probably both to Chris.
Either way, it's pretty weird that Chris loiters at a fast food restaurant and expects chdren and adults to socialize with him. I don't care how much it reminds him of his own latchkey childhood, it's still very strange.

Última edición:
But nobody's asking the real questions, like when are they bringing back Mighty Wings, and how spicy will they be?

They also have those touchscreens so autists can order food without interacting with a human.

God forbid anything upset Chris' routine of sitting for hours doing crosswords and playing on his phone at McDonald's. I have no idea why a restaurant would want to kick out a customer who only spends 5 dollars and then proceeds to take up a whole booth while abusing the free wifi and drink refill policy.
This doesn't look very Socialable to me.

And who could forget this?
