Tom shows us an EXCELLENT side profile in this video. Good news though Tommie you beautiful woman: the decrepit state of your facial bone structure is heckin' validatin' as a woman---albeit a very old, poor woman. While this can occur in men, it's much more common and pronounced in women.

Tom's face is literally caving in on itself. This is typically seen in old women (the classic "Crone" profile). These women most often have very poor dental hygiene, have been missing teeth for a long time, and likely have diseases such as diabetes and/or osteo perosis. If you don't engage the bone either with natural teeth or something like a dental implant, the bone recedes (pro tip: if your dentist recommends a non implant bridge or tells you it's ok to wait for an implant after a tooth is removed, find a new dentist).

Tom's mandible has receded so much that he doesn't even have enough bone for even the most skilled oral surgeon to work on. This problem is no doubt exacerbated by taking those ridiculous hormones and from eating a very bad, trash centric diet. Unfortunately he won't have the resources to even try it because he is not receiving a cent of inheritance and his family knows better than to allow a diseased hobo with delusions of grandeur to be involved in the estate liquidation.
