It randomly cut and pastes old tweets( using sentence fragments so it makes more sense) and reposts them. Its totally randomised but im not sure...

Its fully automated. Every few hours it tweets about random shit and it'll always tweet you back if you tag it. Plus it never blocks anyone. So...
