Imagine livestreaming yourself cleaning out your closet for retards and trolls on July 4th as an American instead of taking it off
I swear it's just because he thinks his wordplay is genius and it fits with his weird obsession with seasons he's doing it

Re: pokemon collection

I dont know much about pokemon tcg when it comes to market or third party platforms like Rare Candy or whatever so excuse any ignorance.

No matter how you look at it this retard has probably, easily, spent thousands on booster boxes and few hundreds on singles. Now i dont know how evergreen cards are in pokemon market wise and if said valued cards will hold their value like in Magic The Gathering. Considering pokemon has rotation and the only cards to hold value are alt/foil/shiny cards bit ive seen that not all those hold value after they rotate out. Sure he can have an expensive collection but doesbt really mean shit if he cant sell them or in some cases grade them for authenticity and i cant visualize dsp going out to sell said cards/collection because that required going out a d interacting with human style people. He would also demand the same price as it is on the market and wont even lower it or haggle. I dont know the market or how sought out those cards are but i suspect that with very few exceptions those cards will crash in value in a few months.

So here is my theo theory. Some dent or even dsp himself discovered those pokemon card seller channels where they record themselves in conventions(?) selling cards and saw how much money the dude made and had the same idea to just start buying cards on the side, aside from the hits from booster boxes. I believe he thinks the values of those cards wont change and will stay static. He probably thinks the collection is his financial safety net when inevitably he fucks himself over financially. He really is addicted to pokemon cards and opening packs. Explains the fiending to open packs and how he has been buying and opening them offline, mind you dsp never does anything offline normally. He will probably spin this as "this was bait for the dumb detractors and they fell for it" and then proceed to open more packs. Highly curious to see how he will write said cards off if he open them off stream.

I do have another theory that he is probably amassing expensive cards to eventually show off and say how successful he is because he got all those super expensive cards and "felt" the haters. Regardless its been surreal watching him getting addicted to pokemon cards.

We're in a 2nd "Junk Wax Era" and of course, Phil is jumping in to hold all the bags. He really thinks this will be his lottery ticket to retirement. He really lived through the 90s and didn't learn a thing. He's already in way over his head. I have no doubt some of this is going on credit.

Imagine paying interest on investments that are devaluing at an insane rate. Only DSP.

I'd like to mark the date down and see how much the stock value has gone up on all the companies with CEO's that Phil calls mouth drooling retards.

Imagine if Phil invested the $250k or whatever it is he spent on WWEC on Microsoft? You can do the math, but he'd be extremely wealthy.

Im curious, how did you discover Dsp?
I always knew he was some mouth breather who sucked at dark souls. But that was it
I saw his LPs mentioned on TVTropes, didn't pay it much mind at the time, later on I discovered let's endures (this was years before Fred was exposed as a nutbar). I don't even remember if I was looking for DSP specifically, one of the let's endures I clearly remember was of a game I had recently bought (MGS3 HD) so I might have been looking for that game instead. From there it was a quick, deep dive into the depths of the Snortex.

Drgn (now gone Xitter troll) was even the one who got me to the Farms: He kept making gout jokes, I didn't know about that lore, and one google search later I was on his Kiwi thresd.

My pipeline went like this:

-watched a lot of rise and fall videos as background noise
-Discover turkey tom channel (fuck you, I was young and naive)
-Learn about the Farms
-Watch Jersh's interview with tom
-Start watching MATI
-Learn about about the Sektur, dive in head first
-PPP, jim, ralph, etc
-Kino casino start streaming on kick
-They sometimes would bring up phil in their RTU segments.
-Phil & Casino arc begins
Learned about him through Street Fighter 4, and the MGS2 TIHYDP turned me into a full blown detractor

Personally for me was when i stumbled upon a THYDP of dark souls and saw how bad this dude that it left me baffled. At the time i didnt had an account here, so i just thought he was just some dogshit streamer. Eventually i discovered the farms and when i saw dsp as one of the main threads i knew i was in for a good time. Ive been spiraling down the snortex ever since.

I hope the whole reason he is mad at the speculative nature of card values is because he bought that Greninja at maximum value to flex, hoping it would keep appreciating only to have lose 30% of its value in less than a month. Buy High/Sell Low DSP school of economics.

I have no doubt some of this is going on credit.
Each purchase financed through klarna over 36 months so it's only a few dollars!! Basically free money tbh
Buy High/Sell Low DSP school of economics.
When bitcoin mania was first hitting a peak, a bitcoin investor/charlatan famously said "buy high, sell low, still make money!"

There was an old video I can't find that was a mini compilation called "DSP is the clown of the Internet" or something like that and it was like an hour of different YouTubers making fun of him.

He still finds ways to step on rakes but at least the videogame side of it is completely dead. He has completely picked apart and removed the things that made him fun to make fun of but the rage is almost 99% manufactured nowadays, even in multiplayer games.

You still get moments like these though because at the end of the day, it is still Phil.

The Rare Candy account getting deleted is actually really fucking sus. I thought he'd discovered that it was public several days ago and started adding a bunch of high value cards he doesn't own so that he could fuck with the detractors. But if that were true, it wouldn't make any sense to delete the account, since that kills the joke. So was it a gay op the whole time? I find it hard to believe that it was his actual collection on there, since that would imply he spent tens of thousands on cards in just a few weeks.

That only works if you assume he bought everything valuable as a single, and Phil is definitely dumb enough to sign up, make his profile public (More likely to not understand that it is public by default and too inept to set it to private), panic when someone finds the account, and scramble to delete it or rename it and go private with it.

He wants to actually put his cards for real on Rare Candy so he probably just deleted it because he doesn't want to fuck with having a real account and a fake one.

It was clearly his actual collection up until he started putting the expensive singles on there a few days ago. He takes this shit seriously he has like $300 invested in binders, toploaders and cases at this point for cards where most are worth like $1 each.
