He would have to show not only bias but that the bias caused her to grant a warrant in the absence of probable cause. The fact is there is not a judge on the planet who would not have granted a warrant given the overwhelmingly obvious probable cause.

This is an old stream. He starts out ranting about how Jesus was not predicted by the bible and how he is not the messiah. He says the purpose of the gospels (except for Luke) was to trick jews into thinking Jesus was the messiah. He says that Jesus never wanted non-jewish followers and that jesus was a racist because he was just a human. Jesus was "just a guy" is the punchline of the rant. He is really into claiming that Jesus had contempt for women and had no problem with heavy drinking. Jesus should not be put on a pedistal and was not above us. He is just like the guy at the bar or the racist guy or the sjw or the homeless guy. He was a human everyman.
This is just a small part of the bible according to Nick. More generally, Nick's view of christianity is that it is sort of a free license to sin as much as you want. That rather than being an atonement for sin, Jesus in christianity came to tell us that sinning was cool and fun. Nick's views of christianity generally twist it into something that tells Nick that everything he does is good and right.
