i got to thinking about the old "guns vs. butter" (timestamped) philosophy when it comes to spending. It's funny because in Bryant's case, him purchasing guns would fall into the "butter" category. He's close to 40. He has a massive gap in his work history. He's too fat to do any sort of physical labor. His jobs before youtube was security and working in a walmart warehouse; and he probably cant go back to either of those now. We already know he tried to go back to security and people saw him and got him fired. He said he got a CDL license but can't do it anymore because of the dialysis.

He has extremely slim options and youtube has been an easy way for him to scam money going all the way back to his 20s.

He's probably making most of this up just for the sake of uploading a video, except for the jacking off part. But if we examine his claim: I mean if his friend wanted $20 to take his girl to the movies, that's kinda sad. It's sad in the first place to not have $20 as an adult. It's sad, but perhaps understandable in rare instances, to have to borrow money to treat your girl - it has happened (when you're like a teen. in the 90s). Also, movie tickets for one adult are like $20 anyways (where I live it's averaging $17.50 for ONE). So wherever his alleged friend is taking his girlfriend must be a total shithole if $20 gets two tickets.
