What is with this weird Karl clone thing going on? I see there are like 10 guys in Phil’s chat with Karl shoehorned into a name. How can a single viewer dominate a chat this intensely?
As much as the government wastes my tax dollars, I would approve of Uncle Sam wasting a few million just to do some studies on Phil’s chat and fat ass whales.

It's simple, because that's the only way they can have fun in his chat, since everything else is a banable offense or not fun at all.
I'm not saying that this is 'fun', though. But a cheap ass taco bell rip-off will taste delicious to someone starving.

When the streamer is as uncharismatic as Phil, it only takes a little bit of charisma and not being a total retard to get Phil's chat to be more interested in you and that's what Karl has managed to do. He says some funny stuff on occasion. He's still a bit of a retard but that might just be because he spends too much time near Phil and has melted his brain cells.
