I just hate it when they not only blackwash Japanese characters but also still say they're still Japanese with traditional Japanese names. Sure, you can find a few black people over there, but the majority of Japanese people are Japanese.
Just imagine a story playing in Nigeria, for example, and you turn nearly all black characters white and still insist they're still very much Nigerian with very Nigerian names. The shitstorm wouldn’t be a storm but a fucking hurricane.
I noticed that a lot of black people are deep down into the wee-sphere, where they pose with katanas and wear kimonos and are praised to no end for being great. But once a white person wears a kimono they're evil colonialists and cultural appropriators and need to be punished for their grave sins. While everyone can have any hobby they like as far as I care, I just hate this double standard where black people do something that white people also do and are praised for it whereas the white people are demonised.
This vitiligo looks like actual burns. Somewhat fitting but still kind of off putting, since this is a gajinka and not a trainer design. There’s also something animalistic about the face but I can’t exactly pin point what it is. The teeth might be it.
Still, the Growlithe on the top right looks cute.
