nah, he is getting pretty high profile now. I don’t think he is getting a slap on the wrist this time. The best case scenario for him is that he gets institutionalized.

Or he just thinks that. Little does he know that rape charges might be brought against him

Yes, there will probably be rape charges but remember that he absolutely never really faces the full legal consequences of his actions because justice, conveniently, consider him a kid and an autistic one at that.
At most, he might spend 1 or 2 weeks in jail, in solitary so he can be safe, and that'd be it.

Only time will tell and I really hope I'm fucking wrong. His past experiences with justice had made me very pessimistic about him facing reality.

I don't think they'll let him off this time with a slap on the wrist. He raped his fucking mom. There's no slap on the wrist for that.

what evidence do you have to suggest this being what will happen?
 
I'm super sure he is content with what he is expecting to find in jail. Free meals, a warm bed, I suppose he is thinking he will be send to a women prison, the alternative, he walks out with no money and no home. It will be a shock to him when he actually get in jail with the male population, where he will lose all access to the internet, games, toys, and more importantly, his privacy. He will be forced to interact with dangerous people of different backgrounds and he wont be able to cope with that. That or he is actually expecting for the merge to take place and sonichu and Magichan storming the trial and freeing him.
 
Normally county jail is for pre-sentence detention and short misdemeanor sentences. He's going to big boy State Prison after sentencing.
The slaps on the wrist he got before I believe were all in Charlottesville County. Greene County is much more conservative.

Even if the judge shows leniency, he'd then run into the problem of having nowhere to go. I don't think they'd allow him to be alone with Barb after this, and if she's put into a care home - well the house is in her name, so it'll probably be sold to cover costs
