There's no way he's bonding out right? He has to be tapped out and barring Ethan Ralph or a particularly crazy fan bailing him, he's probably going to sit in county for the rest of the saga. I suppose thats a good thing but I would have liked to see a little bit more homeless wanderings.

I am of the belief that Chris will somehow get out of this almost completely scap-free
maybe a slap on the wrist
maybe a little bit of jail time
maybe paying fine

Because somehow Chris always gets lucky whether it be through his own incompetence or a judge taking pity on him he always seems to get lucky in these situations

Don't get me wrong you won't come out completely shining but I honestly think it will be a great miscarriage of Justice

I actually invite you guys to screen cap this comment so if in a few months I'm right you guys can praise me for having miraculous foresight

Or if I am wrong in a few months you can make fun of me point at this comment and say what a faggot

I'm not hoping he gets off in fact I hope Justice finally reaches him and he has to pay consequences to his actions but I'm a betting man and I would put good money on Chris getting off and back home

They try to argue Barb, in her demented state, initiated the sexual contact. Her ‘poor retarded delusional son’ accepted the offer because he didn’t really know any better and if it would please the court I’d like to introduce *makes sweeping gesture toward dimensional merge tweets printed out onto poster board*

He's almost certainly going to men's prison based on Virginia law. Which means solitary most likely, i wouldnt even trust chris with minsec genpop. Then again the facility would matter very little im sure if chris got sent to women's prison genpop she'd get her dick stomped off and some dyke with a toolbelt would find more action for it that chris ever did

prosecution could use prior messages of chris that clearly show prior incestuous interest, as well as violent psychosexual fantasies about pretty much every woman he's ever interacted with.
 
Still chompin at the bit to hear Barbs take on this. Is she not lucid anymore and her word isn't admissible? Is she sort of lucid and will admit Chris forced himself on her? Did she reciprocate or initiate this all along? Will she lie to protect Chris and just say nothing happened?

With the arrest, I am curious if something she said or something found at the hospital was the prompt for it. Man I am going to be checking here all day through work.

Well depending on who you believe she is either a vegetable that Chris was using to do ventriloquism with or she was just playing it all up for pity bucks, so we will see in the coming days.

Honestly, a shit motel like that? I doubt anything's happened except w.eens jacking the "SONICHU" plates by now. Maybe Virginia is nice with arrested person's cars, but I have my doubts...
