Normally (and rarely I hope) cases of incest probably involve an adult or teenager and an unconsenting minor. The police have got to be as WTF about this as we are, and if Chris isn't in jail right know it's likely because the investigation is still ongoing.

I'm kind of assuming charges could be filed by the state without Barb's cooperation, but really don't know. So if Chris isn't in police custody and in a psychiatric hospital or something, who knows. Folks are quick to say this is the end or beginning of the end for Chris, I'm not so sure.
