I honestly don't think they have a plan. Harris was obviously the establishment pick. But now that she's quite obviously a colossal fuckup, they're kinda panicking and not sure what the hell to do. Their best bet is to let Harris be president just long enough to name a VP (whoever the fuck that's gonna be) and get her the fuck out of office ASAP.
It would be unprecedented, but what better choice do they have? Letting Harris at the wheel for too long would be a disaster for the party.

You might be onto something with that one. I'm personally unsure how "in bed" she is with the DNC establishment though. She was at least trying to market herself as Bernie Sanders with tits if I'm not mistaken. And as much of a shameless grifter as he turned out to be, I can't see the DNC ever letting him take the reigns.

Ok, sure the media yes.
But where exactly do we converse that the government controls? Social media and the internet have become the public square and therefore "private company" is invalid. If they wanted that ability to censor to stay they probably shouldn't have worked so hard to make sure everybody used the internet to converse.
