I didn't watch the clips posted on that page. I watched the whole Tequila Sunrise episode. But he definitely went into more detail on it, numerous times. He was very fucking clear that he did not kill the dog.

The dog wasn't at school. He left the dog tied up to the kitchen chair and got tangled up and choked to death while he was at school. He got the call about the dog dying at school. He was super upset and crying and Ralph made fun of and said that the dog killed itself to get away from him.

If this is what is supposed to have happened and the guy is claiming Ethan murdered his dog in his home while they were both at school, then yeah, I'm inclined to believe this is an insane man who is still seething over his childhood bully unless there's some detail missing. His friend he called only said he remembered when the news was announced and I don't put much credence to it regardless because Ethan has paid people to call in and support him before. I'm hoping we hear more about the original story on Null's stream.
