I get what you're saying to an extent but a brain is 100X more complicated then a liver and a much greater variety of things can go wrong with it. And there absolutely is a male and female brain unless you believe gender is a social construct which is partially true but a lot bullshit. And I don't even really know if gender dysphoria means you have the other genders brain, it could be a weird wiring or from a trauma, there isn't enough information to say for sure. I don't even fully believe someone with it should be using transitioning as a solution, but I do believe it's a real thing.
Were this true, there would already be an unambiguous physical diagnostic for "dysphoria".
