Even if just in theory.

Transracial on the other hand is straight up impossible from a biological standpoint. There is 0 chance for a fetus with 2 fully Caucasian parents to get mismatched with DNA that isn't even present in their passed lineage.

So TL;DR there is a case to be made that invalidates transracial when compared to transgender, but that would require the woke folk to accept that transgenderism is an actual medical condition and not an LGBTQLMNOP identity anyone can have just because get boners when they but on a dress.

People are XY or XX from conception and, exept for rare intersex conditions, will develop into ordinary males and females accordingly. The vast majority of transpeople are not intersex, their issue is psychological and there is no evidence of a biological basis.
Your idea that "mental gender" develops in the womb is also without biological basis. At best you could argue it develops during childhood. In my opinion it is generally overstated and amounts to little more than what we used to call gender roles. Transgender issues seem distinct from how ordinary people experience gender both in intesity a character.
If we accept your notion that mental gender forming in the womb can be misaligned to ones genetic makeup, it's easy to apply the same logic to race.
You have the genes to turn into a white person, but your internal race sense developing in the womb may not match that, so you identify as korean.
