Yes, this is real. Sharkboy spent some months in a hospital and has since been posting a lot on reddit.

Yeah, the photoshoot with the “binder” initially seemed like a bit of an attention seeking non-story when I first read it, but then I noticed that Emma Corrin links to a binder company called GC2B at the end of her post, saying she uses them, so it does seem to be a coming out post of sorts.

Another option is the more exact:
Female = member of the species with a body organized around the production of large, immotile gametes (ovum)
Male = member of the species with a body organized around the production of small, motile gametes (sperm)
Even if problems happen and the body can't produce the gametes properly, the general body design is usual very evident,
Either way, 99,98% of people can have their sex correctly identified by their birth genitals,. The few that can't and require more testing have fuck all to do with incel potatoes with waifu pillows who "feel" like women

Why do HSTS need a man even? Why not focus on their careers, get 14 cats, develop deep and meaningful friendships with women, learn to knit? If an actual female told everyone she needed a man like this, she'd probably been seen as desperate. I can understand wanting to settle down with a man if you're a woman who wants kids, but HSTS can't get pregnant, and you don't need a partner to adopt if you really want to raise a kid.
I also don't get the trend of MTFs getting pregnant. Wouldn't that cause truly awful amounts of dysphoria? Getting called "miss" sends them into a meltdown but being pregnant for 9 months then risking their lives giving birth is fine?
I guess nothing troons do makes sense.
Edit: I meant FTMs getting pregnant, MTFs can't get pregnant cause they're men. Hope my typo didn't accidentally give anyone gender euphoria.

That last kid, the girl who looks like Grimes a bit, & went from a normal-ish, 15 yr old (guessing age) to “trans man,” w/ in one month, because her friends said she “just must be” as she was SO impressed by Ellen Page, well…it goes so fast sometimes.
Absolute rogd. Pure contagion.
Usually I call it a kid phase, it is, but there are multiple layers at work, here.
That “fletch_6” whatever username kid, made it obvious to me, that for some, (likely many) kids, claiming “trans” status gives them a license to rebel, revel in themselves, special make themselves, & likely develop further along cluster B Dx’s.

Likely she has something going on under the rage at her family. Any number of things, maybe she’s just a lesbian, or maybe low self esteem, abuse, needs attn, etc.

I've found they often retreat to saying, "Well, no one in the ancient world could see your gonads or know what genitalia you had without taking your clothes off, so you were basically a woman if you dressed like one because people treated you like one." Totally oblivious. People WELL knew the differences even more they knew about chromosomes. It is not complicated, and every angle of your body signals to everyone's brain what you are.
She's as fucked up as Princess Di was, then. She PLAYED the girl with the eating disorder and still thinks she's above having insane body image issues. At least we're upgrading to Elizabeth Debicki next season.

And if we are 'actively not talking about' any aspects of it maybe it's related to you guys screaming whenever any women's health issues are mentioned because it triggers the AGPs.
Also, pregnancy is terrible on the body but at least in most cases people get a baby out of it. Whereas most people on HRT just lose all their friends and family and become depressed lifelong medical patients.

Your last paragraph where you mean to say FTMs, they get pregnant because they're mentally ill, unstable and usually young. If they believe in the trans nonsense, do you think they have enough common sense to use reliable birth control? They live in fantasy land where they're all "real men". They probably believe taking testosterone makes them infertile.

The archery troon has been on my mind way too much today - went down a bit of a rabbit hole of his old username "stephanielauren79" and he's been using it since at least 2008, which is about when he started HRT. I keep wondering if he's completely out to his teammates or if it's a everyone knows but doesn't dare mention it sort of deal.
Other than here and now ovarit made a thread on him, I can't find any whispers online about him being another transgender Olympic athlete, just a lot of articles about how Hubbard was the only trans athlete to qualify for the 2021 olympics so it seems the media hasn't gotten wind of it yet. I wonder if or when it will spread! Probably going to be a lot of dismissal that archery is about technique and not strength which is frankly pretty bullshit. 4 years to become an Olympic athlete in his 40s should leave everyone scratching their heads.
