I mean hey, the doctor at least deserves a gold star for effort because there’s at least structures that are identifiable as an attempt at a clitoris/clitoral hood and labia minora, in roughly the same place that they’d be on a real female. The thing that bugged me for a while about these fleshsocks is that FtMs seem to want to have a penis that is simultaneously erect and flaccid. They want it to appear flaccid when in the underwear, but then it to be "erect" when it's off. As a result it's wholly unconvincing in both cases. I could see some skilled surgeon managing something that looks more like a real unerect penis, but no troon seems to want that
Another thing is when I look at that horror my brain still registers it as a female body because of that unmistakable waistline and hip-to-waist ratio (just like you can instaclock MtFs by their shoulders), frankensausage or not.

In my experience, FTMs have a rabid obsession with dick size that almost rivals normal men. A lot of them are completely unwilling to go for a reasonable result when they can have a massive frankenweenie instead, even when it means harvesting more flesh for the cause. Those that opt for metoidioplasty are sometimes even more unsatisfied than the phalloplasty crowd because, first and foremost, they usually end up with fistulas, and secondly, there will always be "better" and "bigger" results for them to lust after.
They also typically have to insert a rod into the phalloplasties to keep them "erect", hence the garish size disparity.
