"Abolishing Hierarchy: The Benefits of Peer-to-Peer Development
Speakers: Amanda Warner, John "Extended Break from Social Media OK Not Really" Flynt
When running a small indie team there are a variety of approaches. In this talk we’ll go over our studio’s approach to the creative process, having a self-led environment meant we all had a deep emotional investment in the outcome. There are new perspectives to explore when you listen to other voices. We’ll also talk about how we break a stalemate and keep the gears turning. The team approach lays somewhere between holacratic and traditional top-down hierarchies."
