Honestly I would seeing as how it's public info anyway but I personally wasn't there for the second half of said argument.
Naru used to create topics in steam labs for whatever reason and one of those times Nihilus and him had a argument, me and Bizerco said some things (which I apologize for if you're reading this Nihilus it wasn't really my argument to be involved with to begin with, assuming you even remember anyway.) and the thread got closed, as they all did.
I got off and came back and Naru, Cirno and Nihilus was arguing about "something?" On Bizerco's profile, Bizerco made a quip about them arguing on his profile and Naru went full meltdown and said he was quitting or whatever. Then he erased all his messages about said argument and "quit" for about a week. lol
i believe this is the point when Naru went scorched earth
If you want a better account ask one of them I really wasn't involved too much. Sorry to disappoint.

So, Nihilus argues with (or makes fun of?) Naru, Bizerco and you come to back him up, and Naru later sperged out at Bizerco for something.
I remember archiving an argument on Bizerco's profile that happened around that time. I had to dig into my post history, but only managed to find this.

Yeah, I suppose when I mean arguing I really mean in this case leading Naru on as they insult him. that's about all I know/remember of it. Seeing as how Naru and Bizerco may be talking again you should expect this to happen at some point a... idk 5th time?

Not anything that isn't already known, honestly. I think that exchange was before I found out he had this thread, and then it kind of spiraled from there. Nihilus seems like he's been laughing at him for a lot longer, and as far as Biz and company go, I don't actually know much about them.
I wish Valve didn't change how they do their news though. I'd love to see what kind of shit he'd get up to if it still existed in its previous form.
Edit: I don't actually think Naru deleted his comments himself. It seems like if you get community banned then your comments on profiles and stuff get nuked as well. With how full of himself he is, I highly doubt he'd delete stuff he's written.

Looks like we indeed missed quite a few amusing events that happened before this thread exploded in March with Naru's discovery of it.
Naru's original account received a permanent community ban just before he showed up here. Bizerco's profile, again, has quite a goldmine on conversations that happened just after it.

Idk if you guys screen caped this comment section but Naru used to have a ton of arguments with him. both parties erased their post though so there's no proof of this.
He said at one point he didn't even like Naru so i think it's save to assume Bizerco's friends didn't think much of Naru.

Is Bizerco thread worthy more than just being a side character in the Sperg wars arc or is he more like Black/@Krystal the giant panda here?
Because ironically Naru has done the exact opposite his twisted mine wants to accomplish and instead actively acts as a living advertisement for the Farms.
So far his July Global Civil war (an oxymoron, it would be more appropriate to at least call it a world war) predictions aren't happening (and won't.)

Out of all the people on Steam, Bizerco probably knows Naru the best, and seems like he shares some of Naru's kooky views. However, unlike Naru, he seems to have way more common sense (not that it says much), and is disinterested in drama, so it is unlikely we'll ever get anything from him, or that he'll be anything more than a side character.
