That's... not really a pun Dobson. You just changed the first name to one that also starts with a W, but doesn't sound like "Willy".
AFAIK pony conventions are the only places where the buttons are handed out when you register (and as a result, the only ones where anyone takes them seriously). That shit wouldn't fly anywhere else.

It's old. All of these "pun" drawings are shit he uploaded to patreon some time ago.
And he really thinks Nick is going to see his drawing and go "canon!" I can't even say it's sadder than anything else he believes will happen.

Puns are one of the lowest forms of humor and he can't even do them right. Just smushing two LOLSORANDOM things together isn't even humor.

Kinda disagree. If puns are done well, they can be rather interesting and smart... it's just that making basic puns can be very easy and doesn't require that much creativity or wits.
But I concur, Dobson fails even at making basic puns, as his "Make it pho" and "Jimmy Wonton" show. He just smashes together two things that don't have anything in common for some vague connection and expects them to be super mega hilarious. On account of them having nothing to do with each other.
Yeah, that's bad. That's barely qualifying as a pun and it's just lame. And oftentimes, it doesn't even work.
Why is Jimmy Wontons head a Wonton (also, Neutron and Wonton aren't pronounced similarly, afaik)? Same with the 'make it pho', the 'pho' isn't pronounced like 'so'.
