I'm going to go with the Slaton Sisters. No way anyone that fat can conceivably clean their entire body. There are probably entire civilizations of filth and bacteria in those fat rolls. I don't even want to think about their nether regions.

ADF, for sure. Imagine a walking, dirt-covered, flabby pile of festering wounds and diabeetus pustules. Now imagine that flabby pile wearing a dirty jacket that has literally taken on the appearance of a piece of meat. Suffice to say, comparisons to a Great Unclean One are not too far off the mark.

I'll spare you the word-for-word, but Connor has a festive case of crotch rot, it sounds like something borderline Diabetic or what not but it shouldn't ever get that bad even with very poor hygiene. He described clumps of lint and gummed Semen (Smegma) as 'smelling like death', likewise his entire crotch smelling like death... "Even after a long bath". That's where I kinda suspected other health complications if it doesn't include STD's.

ADF is definitely the most unclean. On top of everything else, he's into BDSM shit, so he's pretty much festering underneath 40lbs of leather bondage attire. In a recent post he even talking about getting a chastity belt so his business is basically going to be sitting in a locked piece of plastic 24/7. I'll leave the implications of that up to your imaginations.
On the other hand, I did sit right by him on the train and he didn't smell at that time. It's hard to reconcile that with his dirty appearance, homelessness and all the above. I guess I got lucky and caught him on shower day or something.
 
Rika. He's a frequent visitor to /cow/ and at one stage, blamed everyone there for forcing him to throw his own faeces at the wall when his parents locked him up because he was being physically violent with them.
