1. Literally has anime on the cover slide of his powerpoint. Didn't go unstated, apparently this is a "meaningful" anime in the "transgender community".

3. Next on the agenda... RULES! You must use the CORRECT language. Note, very little in the agenda about any scientific evidence with regards to the treatment of transgender (child) patients. Only about what THEY want for treatment.

4. Rules! Ye must follow!!
5. More rules! This slide took up a good 20 minutes - all about what makes them comfortable, do not challenge them, do not question them, do not say anything that can even be slightly misconstrued. Again, we are working with (mostly autistic) children and teenagers. The coworker explicitly says "do NOT tell their parents if the parents don't know". That immediately goes against many ethics guidelines we have with working with children ... what if these children are absconding and meeting with strangers from the internet? What if they are seeking drugs off the internet? NOPE cannot tell their parents for fear of outing them!

Finally. My coworker himself. Says he is 181cm - seems taller. Skeletal thinness, eating disordered. A LOT of plastic surgery going on. This is already post SRS, FFS, braces and lazer hair removal.
