From what I can remember,
Pole Fitness Studio was just a company that just did classes and provided cute "Stripper Certifications" for bachelorette parties. According to their
Certifications page:
"Each pole certification level includes pole, dance, and floor moves and builds up from the previous level. Pole level 1 was designed so that all participants can participate and excel regardless of their fitness level.
Level 1: The foundation of pole fitness. Level 1 includes the squat spin, fireman spin, back slide, frisk, and 20 other beginner moves and transitions to start your students off safely. Learn a 3-4 min dance routine.
* Earn 0.5 CEUs with NASM and 5 CEUs with AFAA. Take both the Chair Dance and Pole Dance level 1 course and you will earn 1.0 CEUs with NASM and 10 CEUs with AFAA.
Cost for Level 1
Suggested donation- $995 in person
Suggested donation -

I am not sure if this is what Anna did or not, but I'm pretty sure she did. This will sound like an odd comment, but I hope she won't dissuade people from going to these classes or looking into these pole fitness classes because pole dancing is fun, fantastic exercise that requires a lot of talent and strength to actually be good at it. For bigger women, having the pole to lean on is helpful and honestly probably a lot better for her knees than the totally real home workouts she most definitely totez does you guyzzzz. If she actually thought what she was doing was sexy and that's why the Internet needed to see it, no gorl, but this is going to be a fantastic TikTok to torture my husband with.
Also, according to a comment left by "Danna" on this
Pole Fitness Dancing article, "Most dance poles are rated for 350lbs plus but you would need to read the product listing of each pole to see what works best for you." The one I owned had a maximum weight of just 200 pounds (so yes, one drunk party goer did take it out which I should have seen coming).
