[Guess i'm toxic now!]

Phil's rant on games is partially true but also kind of telling of himself. While I agree that there are a lot more passable games, I think part of why Phil finds most games boring now is because he has no passion for his JAHHHHB. He just shows up for money and could give a shit about the effort he puts into his business(Quantity over quality). If he prioritizes games based on what will bring in "KAAAAAHNTRIBUTIONS" then of course he is going to fucking hate most of the games. Again he always has these shitty takes mainly because he is the exact thing he is criticizing. Too many games that are so so, while he puts out endless amounts of low-quality videos.

For example, just like EA he constantly pushes for people to "pledge"(Pre-order) or "tip"(buy his shitty microtransactions), people have to pay him(EA access) to play certain games, and he will drop them if he doesn't get enough tips(EA axing companies that don't churn out money).

Some might say that a 38 year old man who scrambled to get a PS5 for his 'business' and begged his fans to finance it, while young people were then unable to find one for Christmas would be pathetic.

How can this guy not realize how absurd it is for him to not be able to not talk about money for ONE SINGLE STREAM?

The logic of it is astounding on tweets like this.
The tips are to support the stream and, as he told Nancy, to reward him for being entertaining.
And yet the tweets are explicitly calling for people not watching the stream to drop money just because the people present have not yet dropped enough money. He briefly knew this was laughably pathetic when he tried to do it during the vest streak and then stopped. And yet here we are, doing it for a late stream on some idle Tuesday, during a game that has had several lackluster tip stats.

That addiction must be really getting out of hand. This is Barney Gumble sucking spilled beer out of an ash tray.

Of course, Thorax turned up with $50. Wait for the addict to debase himself, then toss him the cash for a few pulls.

He is finally thanking people for pledging to his Patreon, but saying those people are likely going to jump back to the streams now. This is 'getting back to normal'. So he's confirming that he is just swerving doing anything for the Patrons. But going forward, Patreon is just for people that don't want to be involved or get attention on stream.

Thorax shortened his name and dropped the $114 to get to $200. Phil thanked him, and the 'like 4 other people' that have been very supportive in the last few weeks. So he's finally starting to admit this is all the whales.

Keep in mind as well, that DevilUK and Dovic both previously dropped $200 during Pokemon Snap as we were discussing yesterday. And here is yet another whale turning up with almost $200 during Snap. This is a playthrough that is exclusively supported by whales.

Also, I've never once seen Thorax in chat, OR OIC in chat at the same time as he tips. Thorax most likely OIC's YT account, donating on Thorax to not get attention to his main weeb Japanese school girl mod account.

We have to also keep in mind that, no matter what, DSP will always ask for the tips goal daily, even if hes getting tips directly to PayPal off stream, hes for sure going to act like he still "NEEDS" the money. Like if he secretly won the lottery, and only he and his wife knew about it, he wouldn't tell stream that, no way. Free 200+ a day is too good not to give up

Literally nobody else matters to him - only people that are willing to tip triple digits, and people willing to drop money after he already hit the goal so that he can pocket that and immediately memoryhole it. I’ve played so many great games over the last like two years alone that Phil hasn’t even heard of, of course constantly going for the lowest common denominator with triple A games is going to get stale, it’s like someone watching every generic big blockbuster movie and complaining no high art movies are made anymore.

the fact that he bought this returnal game over hades despite knowing it was in a lot of people’s game of the year category is all you need to know about DSP in terms of game choices

Thorax acts too much like OIC, too much of a whipped cuck, he literally only comes around after the whale call goes out, which makes him suspect to me. Then again... Dovic's name has OIC in the name, that could be a huge coincidence, but we've seen him talking at the same time as OIC weeb mod account, and he doesn't act like OIC does, compared to Thorax or SaintMaxson. The way Thorax answers the whale call, almost makes me think he and DSP have a common interest in him answering the whale call, on DSP's request, to make the stream not seem "dead" since if his streams constantly didn't hit the tips goal, people would feel like he's a dying streamer. Just my theory anyway, not sure if its true
