Just glancing at SBM's twitch channel, he hit the streaming requirement just barely at 26ish hours off of estimation, but he's only done 7 streams in the past 30 days. The third requirement I can't account for because I never attend his stuff, but really...If you can get 20,000 on a stream you should be able to knock these requirements out of the park my man. I know our lives can be busy and streaming on 12 different days can be challenging, but when you're applying for partnership, it should be expected.

That 20k viewers stream alone bumps up his average viewership numbers. And from what you're saying all this motherfucker needs to do is to stream 5 more days? I mean I get it, like you said, people are busy, but dude he already has enough hours, he just needs separate days, just fire up a stream five days in a row and stream for only one hour each time. How fucking hard is it to do that? Or does Jeff Bezos have to write an official apology now?

That blind guy is so desperate to be an internet star. He is afforded way more opportunities in the spotlight because he is blind and companies use him as their PR tool, yet still whenever I've checked his stream he has like 15 viewers.

That's saying something. He made fun of blue haired/beard man in the past and doesn't realize(he does but doesn't want these types of people but money makes it better) his audience is full of handicap, furries, and japananimation folks that go full retard into their "hobby"...all with no/few friends. I think he is working on the perfect degenerate trifecta. Also, I don't think he cares because his twitch and youtube audiences are nearly the same.

Nobody with lower numbers than Brandon is a YouTube/Twitch partner.

But let's say she's right.

First off, it wouldn't make a lick of difference to Brandon's numbers. Partnership does not mean more exposure.

Secondly. Brandon pulls about 30-40 views per video on average. Adverts would bring in a few dollars. Not enough to make a significant or sustainable impact.

Having his wife calling people fucking idiots isn't going to win hearts and minds. She keeps that shit up and he's going to lose what little he's built.

Edit: 23k views is a fluke for Brandon. If he can make that a constant, he'll get a partnership.

Really telling that people can pay Phil ahead of time to play a game and he'll give them the finger, but dangle tips in front of him and he'll stick with a game entirely to get them every stream, so long as he doesn't completely hate the game.

Phil clearly gets some kind of high off of receiving money daily, probably independent of his gacha addiction. He felt more comfortable with those two Twitch checks a month, yes, but it's the immediate money, every day, that he actually enjoys. He's not lying when he says he prefers tips because he gets them right away, he just isn't being honest about WHY. It's a rush, just like playing gacha is.

I'm sure the whalechairs have picked up on how they can lead Phil around with money, and get off on it, just as he gets off on having tips he can count on getting every stream by simply playing certain games. They both feel like they're in charge, when in reality they're two sides of the same coin, being laughed at by us, and for the same reasons.

I don't know much about the dude but its hard for me to wrap my head around his story, it just sounds like a scam. Nah, I don't think he's faking it, otherwise there'd be legit hell to pay

Remember, he helped the TLOU2 developers with accessibility issues, and I think the only way you could do stuff like that is if you were really blind and knew what to look for

Brandon isn't faking his blindness but he thinks he stands out above other disabled games due to the minor validation he's received over the years.

Similar things have happend on Twitch before.
There was a guy from a good few years back called ZilianOP who for the longest time had viewers believing he was wheelchair bound until he forgot to turn off stream when he suddenly got up and walked out of room. Good times.

Fair enough, I have no real commitment to it being a scam or not. I tried to do some lazy research on him before I posted and couldn't find a solid bio section on him or his background. You think as an 'advocate' for gamers with disabilities we would get more info on his condition, how he plays, etc. But mostly his short twitch blurb is just "superblindman is great and a good person" That being said if he does real work for game publishers (not 'consulting' so they can get PR points) then I accept he is really blind and just a stupid scumbag for giving DSP money.
