A fan would have to select the lawyer, pay them, provide all the documentation so they can build a case, and present themselves in front of a judge in Phil's stead for that to happen. He's not doing all that work.
 
I don't want to get in the civil war, but I think people are focusing too much in the "retards", "idiots" or "dumbfucks". Remember what Twitch is prioritizing as "hateful speech":

Also, they say that he had a "innapropriate conduct involving hateful slurs" and they don't say that this violation was specific when he was streaming.

It's only speculation, and the words he used are not the ones that Twitch mentioned in the announcement last year, but it might be related to his suspension.

phil: twitch removed me for something I never did, that's ILLEGAL

also phil: uhhh so in the contract it basically states that either party can leave their contract at any time and they don't have to give a reason-

literally anyone with a brain knows that the lawsuit would get automatically get thrown about because it has no ground
 
I’ve missed the shitshow in real-time but I’ve gone back and watched Phil addressing his grievances with Twitch and come to the conclusion that Phil is a massive fag. That 10 second span of him saying he’s angry and that he could punch something is gold followed by the head shakes and concluding with the “yup” had my sides hurting. God what a day.
 
Lol is YT somehow fucked for him on his computer after his threat to Twitch? I'm honestly surprised his computer works so maybe its a sign its on its way out. Or of course he could be being retarded. Who knows.

Thank you based God. I was trying to grab it and the chat_downloader script timed out. Phil was too quick for me and I couldn't get to the VoD.

EDIT: Data for superchats & memberships from today's daytime stream (I am also tracking stickers but there weren't any).

I'm still waiting on the Dr.D lawsuit that I thought was going to happen. I know things are slow in the court of law but its been a year now.

So I doubt Phil has a leg to stand on legality wise anyways.

speaking of VoD, DSP still has his day stream up? If Dave doesn't take it down and uploads his regular videos, he could be royally fucked

for example: not too long ago MarkyD123 double uploaded by accident, had no warnings or strikes before, and got instantly terminated and couldn't recover his channel until a near week after

now while the punishment for doing this should be a warning or a strike since DSP's youtube channel is in somewhat good standing, the way youtube is automated could fuck him up hard

also to speculate more on Mr Never Said Slurs, what did he call ghosts n goblins when he was raging? Did he call it gay or the r word? Either way, the amount of slip ups he has had with the r word and calling things gay shocks me somehow
