His paypigs have likely already told Phil in his private faggot discord, or through email, what amounts they're all sending him and possibly even when they will send it so they can milk the rest of his audience as much as possible. And also so Phil knows to pretend to be surprised.

The ones they really try to target are his fanbase who clearly have handicaps. Like the "Rob on Wheels", and the "Jeremy May"s who don't understand the scam. And the other group is the casual fans who maybe watched Phil years ago and heard second hand that he's "about to lose his house" or is being "bullied by trolls" so they will stop be and tip him, unaware of things which we know.

Look at Emerald 7 dude whales out on DPS gives him enough cash to pay for what the 12k he said he owed in back taxes. 3 months after he got that cash he is on stream ranting and raving that he has not been able to spend one dime to catch up on his taxes and he was back to tax begging again.

Any amount of money he makes today will be memory holed in a few days. When the 15th comes back around we will get another marathon especially if his $400 goal a day slows down.

That's what gets me, any game that's older in the series he calls "outdated" even if the newer game in that series introduced no new mechanics and no QoL improvements. I remember in one Nier Replicant prestream he talked about how compared to Automata it's not as "modernized". I wondered what he meant by that since they modernized the combat to be more like Automata and the framerate wasn't tanking all the fucking time like it did in the PS3 version, which are the two things that were janky in it in m experience. Then he said that it's not "modernized" because unlike Automata it doesn't have fast travel and most sidequests are boring fetch quests. I couldn't help but shake my head because those are the same problems Automata has. Hell, you unlock fast travel much sooner in Nier than in Automata, in Automata you unlock it when you're about 3/4ths way into Route A, while in Nier you unlock it when you're not even halfway into Route A.
