I just heard the clip of Dark saying Guilty Gear is a maybe but King of Fighters he is ALL OVER IT and TOTALLY IN ON IT.
This felt weird to me because he hasn't really cared for the KOF games in the past few years and it activated my almonds a bit.

KOF Allstar is a gacha game that features hundreds of characters from across the series history. It has a PVE beat'em up mode and a PVP fighting game mode. It also had a crossover with a certain Pig's favorite brand not too long ago.

I'd be willing to bet a few hundred bucks that your boy is ALL OVER IT and has a hefty whaled out account already.

I think the vest contributed to something else. You cannot forget how much people that naysay Phil live rent free in his head. Anytime he has had a setback, he has HAD to find a situation that either exceeds his previous position or appears to.
Whenever he has any sort of setback, he absolutely has to blame everybody else for his problems, and make himself look perfect. It's insufferable.

Yes, and don't forget that Phil is on camera playing an offline SF game, blaming a loss on it "running at the wrong speed". After messing up and saying that there is lag.

Phil knows that he's making shit up, and doesn't care that he's obvious. There is a reason, after all, why he claims that he can parry Chun-Li's entire Super Art 2 (as in the one Justin Wong tried to end Daigo with at EVO 2004, only to wind up witnessing fighting game history), saying that it's actually really easy to do, yet provides no footage of him doing it.
He did actually pull it off when he played through all the SF games offline against the CPU. It took him many tries, showing it wasn't as easy as he claimed, but he did pull it off.

I wonder if any mentally ill people sent paypal the video of him saying to use a fake name. Imagine if paypal decides to ban his ass for condoning fraud on their site which is against their TOS. That would make this arc even more epic, Twitch departnership and then a paypal ban. Lucifer if you are listening make this happen, thanks.
We pray to the divine deity Godbear around here, you mentally ill, merge denying detractor.
I'm not talking about viewer count. I was noting that many of his long-term supporters had seemingly jumped ship but stuck around to dunk on Phil. And by long-term supporters, I mean users who had subs for 10+ months. Users who were mainstay staples of his chat. In particular I've noticed that Snowkarl, HeyThereBabe and dragonquestfan_ are particularly saucy with Phil now.

Maybe they were trolls all along and only subbed for the emotes, but they were still giving Phil money (Prime or not) and turning up to what seemed like every stream, and I consider that as support.
If they only previously subbed and cheered, especially if only the former, they're likely ironic fans. The three particular you name here would all qualify even if snowkarl is an ironic closeted fan of Phil. Long term subbing doesn't mean shit on DSP's channel, it can be a long time embedded gay op before you ever turn up an unironic fan.
I wouldn't say that. I'm not going to powerlevel here but let's just say at DSP's age $7000 in a week or so isn't that much. It sounds like a lot if you're poor or young without any investments or career, but it's really not.
Here's the facts as we know it...
  • The median household income in the US in 2019 was $68,703
  • The average wage in 2019 in the US was $51,916.27
  • $19.33 was the median wage per hour in the US in 2019...
  • Full-time working women in 2019 had median earnings of $47,299.
  • Full-time working men in 2019 had median earnings of $57,456
  • 35-44 years age group is the highest income age group
The greed is real. Combined 2019 median earnings for full time employees (and yes Kat doesn't technically count for that in 2019 just so we're specific) = $104,755, the banned math comes out higher than that grifting $400+ a day off the wheelchair brigade. This is independent of any more "withdrawals" from "retirement accounts/rainy day funds" that you later claim makes the amount that much less of an income level to surpass, which while those type of funds would be income from previous savings, isn't the same source of income stream as a wheelchair tip to the sweatymanjpg game funds either. Just admit, you made some inaccurate assumptions initially and he's actually a verified entitled jackass who expects donations to be sent to him to live in a lap of luxury without any sacrifice on his part.
Sure, he makes more than 90% of the country, I never said otherwise. Also $4000 x 4 = $16000, not $7000.
Your $7000 is for TWO WEEKS. There's four in a month, so 14K/15K is in the 16K range estimate level just as 7K+ is in the 8K range for biweekly tips.

The tip sheet tracker's daily wage equivalency cell row is perfect.

He played Granblue, though.

It is just mind-boggling.
He complains about modern fighting games having no footsies and fundamentals.
Samurai Shodown gets released - he won't play it.

He complains about lag in fighitng games.
GG Strive has the best netcode - he won't play it.

Almost as if he is afraid he won't have excuses.
I mean.

SamSho's netcode is absolutely fucking atrocious and has basically killed any chance of online play, some for GBVF. Look at how both react online. T7 and SFV are also both infamous for their netcode.

Strive is the first "Big" FG that releases with good netcode for years, despite the solution (GGPO/Rollback) already existing. I've played intercontinental matches and they were far better than a match against people in my country on T7.

Tekken and SF netcode are atrocious (despite fixes and them being retarded nips that can't understand rollback), Killer Instinct is kinda abandoned, Skullgirls got fucked thanks to the MikeZ scandal and COVID hexing their EVO run, Melty Blood is niche as fuck and GG+R is an old as fuck game that most people can't handle.

So, Broken Clock Theory strikes again, I guess.

I just heard the clip of Dark saying Guilty Gear is a maybe but King of Fighters he is ALL OVER IT and TOTALLY IN ON IT.

I'd be willing to bet a few hundred bucks that your boy is ALL OVER IT and has a hefty whaled out account already.

KOF will last a two sessions at most.

Once he hops online and gets fucked by the dedicated, small fanbase that game has and he gets owned, while complaining about the different jumps and max cancels.

I’m not really into king of fighters but from what I’ve seen most of the reveals so far have been series mainstays, he made it sound like a SF3 situation where half the casts went missing for a few games or something but that doesn’t seem to be the case...
Yes, there's a pool of about 2 and a half dozen fighters who are basically guaranteed to appear in every KoF from now 'til the end of time. A boomer like Dave will always rest assured that the Italian Stallion Robert he can project himself onto will be in every KoF game. On the flipside big tiddy waifus like Mai, Angel and Shermie will always be there too. Doesn't SNK know that he's married???
He did actually pull it off when he played through all the SF games offline against the CPU. It took him many tries, showing it wasn't as easy as he claimed, but he did pull it off.
It is easy if you're completely mentally prepared for it. I've done the EWGF "challenge" a few years ago and I did 87 EWGFs in 100 attempts and I'm not even a Mishima main. Doing something in a training scenario and actually doing it in a match is a world of difference though and if you've watched Phil playing Super Turbo long enough you notice that he has this weird idea of how fighting games are played where he assumes that both players always play optimally, there's no such thing as human error in execution or decision making in his oddly-shaped head. That's why when he gets his shit pushed it he blames lheg, the game not giving him the right move or the game giving the opponent the exact move he needed in that situation like it's a slot machine doling out moves to players at random.

Every home version does run "at the wrong speed" compared to the arcade, because the arcade ran at something retarded like 23¾ fps that no sensible hardware can replicate. Phil picked up that bit of trivia back when there was still a scene of people playing on arcade cabinets.
However: he hasn't played the arcade version in over a decade, and even the autists at EVO don't anymore - the reason he got his famous 4th place on a console port is because they had already given up on cabinets. And even if he had ever been playing at a level where he could tell the difference between 26⅞ fps and the same interpolated to 30 fps - which is doubtful - a decade on the potent cocktail of gin and uric acid means that he sure isn't now.

I think he should've given SamSho an honest try.
I played the game and was the netcode bad? Yeah.
Was it the worst I experienced? Heck no.
Imo the online experience was way worse in titles like T7, SFV and MvC3 or MvCI.
(Although I have to admit that they kinda fixed it in SFV now. I can play people in Asia as well as the East Coast without too much of a hassle as a eurofag myself.)

I can't remember if Dave played KoF14, but I expect him to get bodied pretty hard by the mexicans in KoF15.

"This is one of the tuffest times in my life", said the pigroach as he lazily sat back in a chair, begging chat for money as he refuses to do ANYTHING AT ALL to improve his stream.
I almost feel like throwing my money at him. Just look how worried he is.

DEBUNKED. He's not doing anything because he's not sure if he's staying on Twitch, morahn! Why would he do work if he's gonna lose it after? Duhh. Get the fuck out of here, d00d.

For the record that's not really as hard as it looks. In a vacuum. The EVO moment is nuts because you have to be perfectly on rhythm and you have that pressure of you can't fuck it up. Like that EVO moment is just goddamn insane. But if you do that mode on Third Strike, then it's really just learning a rhythm how to push forward, because it's the same everytime.

Phil taught me something valuable these last weeks.

If I'm able to get fired at any moment from my job because I broke company policy, why should I be a good employee anymore?

I'm gonna piss in the coffee pot while smiling at the security camera. Thanks Phil.

Oh, I agree. That was meant to be my (unclear) point. He acted like what Daigo did wasn't all that impressive, and then struggled to replicate it in a relatively low-stress environment. In a real tournament (and especially an EVO one), he would have choked hard.

Make sure you try and shake down everyone in sight then berate them for being conspiracy theorists and dumb fucks
