"Heritage not hate" is something Southerners say when defending the Confederacy. Left-wingers are pissed off by this because they see it as a justification of hate.
The title, She/Her-itage of Hate is basically saying that left wingers are doing exactly what they accuse right wingers of doing - hating people for their beliefs. Or in other words, this is a comment about left-wing projection.

Stonetoss is occasionally funny and occasionally makes a good point, but like most political cartoonists and political sperging he's completely up his own ass. Uncomfortable truths for thee, not for me is his whole schtick, as he pokes at the left and makes veiled references to the jews, 13% stuff, and lol troons, but god forbid you poke fun at the retards who fly southern flags while claiming to be proud Americans. Especially when they're closer to Canada than the Mason-Dixon line.
