I clipped the "update -> beg -> save the house" segment. Can't upload the raw video (~700MB) directly here, but if anyone wants the full thing, I can find some upload site to put it up

https://youtube.com/watch?v=Q7oVGeNXjdU
Big ups for clipping this with chat, the best part is seeing all the people state why they don't want to tip him or use patreon and the biggest one that he absolutely ignored was "There's no incentive (to subscribing to patreon)". This entitled shit doesn't get that no one wants to just throw money away for free to a dead patreon so they can fucking FEEL GOOD ABOUT THEMSELVES for feeding a starving twitch streamer. Fuck me.

That being said, since Twitch is super careful not to equate bits with money they might be able to do some lawyer fuckery and get out of paying Phil for the cheering that people did in his chat.

EDIT: This is rich coming from Phil because I was recently re-listening to Tevin cover the 'ol Curse departnering and Lavaria (sp?) arc where DSP said they spelled some shit wrong and left his YT url out of the contract so it was unenforceable. But he was going to play along and get paid as long as it benefited him and only bring it to their attention if he wanted out of the contract.
Phil doesn't know the difference between an independant contractor and employee contract.

We used to joke about Phil being an "independant khantent creator" while still having the apron strings of twitch and youtube around his neck, but he's more independent contractor than salaried employee.

He broke terms of service, numerous times. No lawyer fuckery required. Twitch have no obligation to pay anyone who breaks the partner agreement, if they pay him its either through error or pity.

I could foresee any lawyer fuckery ending the minute this question is raised:

"Twitch partners get paid for subs and cheers are you currently a twitch partner Mr. Burnell?"

A while ago Phil said he has hundreds of thousands of fans on Twitter, they are just afraid to comment because of us mental lot.
Because it makes a lot of sense for a quarter of a million people to fear a handful of trolls, who, at most, are going to say mean things.

Seriously, it takes quite a level of deliberate delusion to say shit like that with a straight face. It must kill him, the mere idea of it being possible that he has no such audience that stays silent but loyal. He would rather that it be true that us mentally-ill nudniks get in the way of him basking in the adulation of his massive fanbase than face the reality that the number of people who rightfully hate his guts utterly dwarfs any fanbase he could possibly attain at this point.

It's hell, the narrative that Phil runs with, but it's better than the truth.

Did Phil really just casually delete the tips goal so the pay pigs can’t see that he is already hundreds of dollars over?
What do you mean by this? At this point, everyone knows his tips goal is $200. As far as I know, he's always deleted the tips goal and replaced it with just the total. So if he was at $99/$100 and got a $5 tip, it was then just "Tips Total: $104". The only new thing here is how he expects $200 a stream. If he REALLY wanted to be scummy, he'd do away with the tips total in general and just have "Top tip" and "Last tip" and I wouldn't put it past him to do that eventually.

I adore watching Phil go in and out of his multiple narratives. The $400 a day is simply the combined amount of what he misses out on with Bits and Subs....NOW it suddenly changes into this grand plan he had to make sure his mortgage was paid. The money Twitch owes him is a HUGE deal...BUT if had to legally pursue it, it becomes totally not worth it. He’s using this week to determine his future on Twitch....so GIVE GIVE GIVE....BUT, since YouTube money wouldn’t come in before that mortgage bill....he wouldn’t be switching anyway. He really should write this stuff down...cause he’s going in and out of different arcs.

Is he losing the house he's living in? I don't want to watch 27 minutes of this guy.

Right before break: "Today's support has been, WAOW. BUT, we'll have to see if this continues during the week- I MEAN not to say I'm not grateful!"

Again, he's not going to leave twitch unless he's permabanned. It's an empty and open threat he can dangle above his whales' heads constantly, and he'll do it endlessly.

Oh wow, Phil played this game so he could go "Wow! That's from Nier Automata!" ad nauseum and get cash from fans of Nier Automata, yet he's not even gonna reach the most Automata-like part of the game (that wasn't in the original) because he refuses to get all the weapons. Phil really is his own worst detractor.

Not sure if Nige has already doxxed multi millionaire shirtlessmofo, but if he hasn't and decides to I'm expecting the same shit.

- Thick glasses
- No chin
- mousy colored, scruffy hair.
- Some kind of psychological impairment.
- A few tweets that quote The Matrix.
- Plain polo shirt
- between the age of 14 and 19.
- A fan of anime or a similar type of cancer.

He’ll just find new sagas. He’s good until mid may with this mortgage horseshit. They’ll be something else after of curse.

A whale doxxing would be fun.
