He should not be drawing so much attention to how much he is requiring per day, even with how stupid his fans are. Why? Because someone at Twitch is watching him, waiting for a great moment to drop the banhammer on him and make his move to YouTube for him.

Well whatever happens if he doesn't get his partnership he will eventually find himself back on youtube. The current narrative he has going about tips isn't sustainable he's going to have to really think about where his plot is going if he wants to stay. It's a slow roast for sure, but we will eventually be servered our meal. Good things come to those who wait.

Phil is slowly increasing the tips goal, bit by bit. In a couple of months it will be $400 per stream, then $1000 for the day and so on.

No doubt laziness could be a part of it. It is Phil we're talking about. But he could also be getting one of his gay little Stasi code words, or he got some behind-the-scenes email.

I'm really not sure how, or why, or if Phil really gives a shit. It's not like some person hellbent on gayops couldn't jump through all of his hoops and charge back anyway. If I was in his position (and I never would be, because I would have been more than happy to sudoku out of shame before I got remotely close) I wouldn't even bother. Some people will always charge back. Others won't. It's honestly not worth the effort to give a fuck about trolls no matter what they do.
