Even if he got the payment, which he probably won't according to the fine print in his contract, he will say he didn't get it. You're stating down the barrel of the May/June begging prop, even if his wage slaves give him his desired $400 a day between now and the 15th, not getting the Twitch payment will be devastating for him and he won't know how to make ends meet that month.

Thing that made Pokemon Snap so great was it was one of the few games to see the Pokemon in 3D and not the shitty sprites you see on your Gameboy. Could also take that shit to Blockbuster and print out your own pictures, which was great as a kid.I’m about the same age as Phil. And that is precisely how we know that Phil has learned nothing from losing his partnership. This isn't even believable as some kind of fortunate side effect of his panicked response, he has straight-up gotten greedier and greasier. Which is really ill-advised now, because someone at Twitch took his partnership away for a reason, and I seriously doubt that he's not under surveillance by them. Who else would take his transgressions seriously, but someone who doesn't take kindly to what he is? Even if I'm wrong, Phil is an idiot for taking such a risk, especially since we know he knows why he got kicked. He should be doing all he can to look innocent, just in case they haven't acted and then moved on and forgotten all about him, and instead he's being as Phil as possible about it, ensuring that if he's being watched, he is fucked.
Even if they do, you know as well as I do what that means: his spending will rise to match the new income level. There is no such fucking thing as Phil's replacement parents (that's how I see his paying fans) being able to stay ahead of his appetite. They give a bigger batch of cookies to the monster, and they disappear down his gullet just as fast as the smaller ones did. Even if he knew HOW to budget, and even if he did NOT have a monkey on his back, Phil would still have his permanent lying problem obscuring any sense of what the fuck is going on with his utterly fucked finances. He would still either make sure that he's never ahead, or never be honest about the fact that he does not in fact need tips so badly because he actually is ahead for once.
As someone who is currently playing it because I grew up with the original, the game gets repetitive when you have to redo the same levels over and over to get a higher score to unlock shit. I can't go more than a few hours without wanting to fall asleep. He WILL fall asleep playing it. But Divinity 2 MUST die for this.....because Divinity 2 has some decent challenge while Pokémon Snap is another Bugsnax
That's because no one ever punched him in the face for it. I dare say we would be looking at a very different person today if Viscant hadn't stopped those two goons from making Phil the centerpiece of his own hospital story. Everything I know about him tells me he is the definition of what happens when a punchable person never gets theirs.
