-Trevor describes Chloe as "queen of the memes"
This is far and away the worst thing you can say to describe someone. Especially when it comes from Trevor of all people.
-Trevor describes Achievement Hunter as "unrecognizable in a good way"
They only think it's good because their tiny social bubble will blindly reinforce that viewpoint no matter what happens. They think everything they do is now affecting change in the piece of society they are a part of.
-Jack pretends that Rooster Teeth has influence in "the gaming world" and says that it is neat
This is exactly what I meant above. Jack doesn't realize the days of being a massive influence on gaming are all gone and past. RvB was their one way ticket to gaming prominence, and when that slumped, their influence eroded away quickly.
-Chloe says she started streaming because "it just looked fun lol"
I actually like this answer because that's why most people do it. She seems like she's torn between genuine answers and 'interesting' meme answers.
-Jack finds does not like 3 hour long movies and says that they are lazy
Jack is a simpleton with no regard for the actual quality of a product. LotR is unironically one of the greatest cinematic achievements of all time, and saying "lol tl;dw" as a criticism is unbelievably idiotic, even for Jack.
-Trevor casually makes fun of Jack for mispronouncing a word
I thought we weren't supposed to do that anymore? Didn't Trevor get nice and butthurt over it last week?
-Jack is working on something for Annual Pass but says he can't talk about it but that he "can't wait to yell from the rooftops about it"
Why do they always do this? It's like a canned response at this point.
"Oh wow this new thing is so great guys I can't share anything but I just want to talk all about it!!!"

Miyazaki talked about this theory 30 years ago where the new people coming into the scene start as fans and have no other life experience which dilutes the product because instead of basing shows off their own experiences, they're trying to mimic what they thought was good when they were younger with severely diminishing returns.
Hey, I'm just going to give a little insight here. Miyazaki is a fantastic director who not only has an amazing creative vision, but he can also tell a wonderful story and merge together those two things that often get lost one way or another. However, he is a completely and unabashedly braindead judge of societal trends in this field. Miyazaki was born during ww2, but he was only 4 when the Japanese surrendered, and even then his family was rich before and after because they made planes. So this very wealthy kid grows up loving manga, but eventually he ends up watching some anime in high school that makes him want to do that instead. So what does he do? He goes to college for 4 years and learns how to tell stories and animate, and then he graduates and is immediately picked up by Toei animation.
So why am I saying this? He is literally no different than the people he criticizes right now. He doesn't have any real world experience, yet he always speaks as if he himself has done a load of things besides draw for a living. You don't need to have shed blood, sweat, and tears to have a good idea. He just wears nostalgia goggles and believes everything used to be good and now everything is bad. I would advise never listening to Miyazaki when he isn't talking about how to specifically merge your narrative with your creative vision, because when he talks about anything else, he reveals just how biased and out of touch he really is.
