"Acid makes me dysphoric but the come-down is really affirming"
-Tells an 18 year old female who is questioning her gender identity:
"Instead of focusing on hypothetical negatives, it may help to focus on the absolute positives. If you are a trans man, you get to wear a packer and walk around with a bulge in your pants, you get to have top surgery and show off your flat chest. People will refer to you as "man" "guy" and "sir," if you want it you can grow facial hair, and bulk up at the gym because of the testosterone flowing through your veins while simultaneously deepening your baritone voice.
You get to be someones boyfriend, maybe even husband. And youd be someone elses son, and another's nephew.
Being trans a man might be the greatest thing you ever experience, the "downsides" may just be a fear of change."
