The Millie Bobby Brown homophobic thing is an old and frankly retarded meme that baffles me. Basically people take random screenshots from her social media and put anti gay shit on it and propagate this weird cult of 'mlb dmed me to call me X' sort of thing. I remember there was a minor blowup about it and that the main defense for it was that lgbt people were making these jokes and therefore okay even though they're taking a completely innocent (at the time) child and pretending she's a massive homophobe.

If this happened to him just a couple of years ago, these people would've been spouting their prayers and condolences like a bunch of sheep. He's always been a shady, dishonest character who made shitty music with even shittier messages, so why does it take the mob for people to start disliking him? IMHO it's not even weird that they're attacking him on what feels like a drop of a hat - people were still defending him up and down back in like ~2018 when all the "calling-a-girl-in-a-parking-lot-nigger" shit was at a high; it's weird that they're suddenly calling him a faggot ETC when that has nothing to do with what he did. It's weird coming from the super pro-LGBT twitter mob (his ex fans) to be saying that shit.
He can control being a psycho delusional creepy asshole, but he can't control being a fruitcake. It's weird that people are making that the focus of it especially when, again, just a few years ago all his orbiters would be absolutely bawling their eyes out that their alien beauty guru got in an accident.

It’s not that weird tbh. it’s generally accepted on that side of twitter/social media that as long as you’re a gay man you can say faggot and make homophobic jokes, reclaiming slurs is encouraged. The homophobic Millie Bobbie Brown meme for example wasn’t a tiny isolated thing, im pretty sure it got so bad that the actress herself/her team had to respond to it at one point at its height.
To be fair, Jeff has gotten caught lying or embellishing his life/behavior for so long that its only natural that the more he got caught, the more respect he lost. RBG’s death was taken seriously because she actually contributed to society in a meaningful way and is a revered historical figure, and you expect people to give Jeffree the same respect as someone like her? It’s almost entirely on him that people are mocking his accident/think it was a faked PR stunt because for his entire modern career he couldn’t be assed to give his fans the respect or decency he would want in return.
IMO, its not because the twitter mob are sheep, its because Jeffree is running out of chances to redeem himself/excuse his way out of controversy and his shitty behavior.
