There is a difference between a large heart and an enlarged heart. A large heart means you did well in the genetic lottery, an enlarged heart means you got a normal size heart then stretched that fucker out with hypertension, cholesterol etc etc.

For that matter, how could Floyd be talking if he couldn't breathe? He would have passed out after a couple minutes instead of writhing around on the ground for almost 10, and you can't vocalize unless you have air in your lungs.
