Couldn't the defense just introduce Floyd's fentanyl and meth levels and the trial be over?
If knee on neck (if it was on the neck) was an unreasonable risk of life to any person, he'd be guilty of manslaughter regardless of Floyd's conditions.
(plus, he reportedly was recovered by the time he died)

Yeah, but COVID-19 doesn't kill victims of white oppression. The riots taught us the virus is very woke and cares about fighting white supremacy. No, could not have killed Floyd.

I rewound to see what this was about, and man, they'll find anything to get offended on someone else's behalf. They were both sipping water, Nelson joked, "cheers, just like they say in Ireland, amirite?" and the doctor laughed and smiled and nodded.
