I wonder if the Prosecution is kicking themselves in the foot for having such a basic and blunt man answering questions honestly on stage that show that what they want to prove is dogshit
How about that attempt to lead with the hypoxia? Basically trying to make him say they wen't and extensive period without providing CPR

How many times has this prosecuting attorney asked a bad question that confused the witness? Aren't these people supposed to have high verbal IQs?
Not only that, but she's going over really, really boring shit. Amount of drugs administered and the details of medical procedure. I'm half listening to it and tuning out, let alone a jury member who is forced to sit there.

When White people do drugs, it's an opitiod crisis.

When Black folks do the same thing, it's an addiction or junkie.
When black people get killed by cops, it's an epidemic.

When white people get killed by cops, crickets.

This shit is stupid. Nobody actually thinks like this outside of journos and eternal victimhood retards. Speaking of, I will never not be disappointed in the fact that this was twisted into stupid race bullshit for a problem that doesn't exist, instead of a push for cracking down on that shit coming into the country.

Maybe they are trying to make the Jury fall asleep so they can rush out the next insane crack addict that would suck off Floyd in a second to get a good Prosecution case

Oh boy, I'm gonna bet the first question asked by the defense is a big fat

"what situations would you move the patients in, and was this a situation you wanted to move the patient"

Is this the EMS crew?

I've never seen an olive drab EMS uniform and the guy on the left seems like he's wearing soft armor if you look at the way his shirt creases around his right side and upper back.
EMS in larger cities often wear body armor.

Edit: except Portland? I think because its racist or something
