New witness! He's the IT/records/camera guy for the PD.

On edit: @Ari Gold , I think it's going to be dueling pathologists to argue about the cause of death and whether he had enough fentanyl on board to OD.

I'm not familiar with how the United States justice system operates, so I'll ask something basic - can a judge/jury choose to completely ignore a medical expertise if it doesn't fit their bias towards a given case?
the jury are free to consider or ignore any evidence or testimony they want, at their own discretion. they don't have to explain their reasoning at all.

I’m not 100% sure how juries work in this country, are they picked to be as neutral on the case as possible? I know a good portion of the jurors in this trial are black, is that a coinkydink or was that a purposeful move by the prosecution?

they are chosen out of the local area by random, usually mailed a notice to appear for jury duty, no one is allowed to pick anyone as a jurior on purpose

He has peak tranny physiognomy. I've seen that exact face type on so many of them.
You're not wrong. Pic related is a troon-tuber and immediately came to mind.

Wow, even after seeing it... Maybe I'd recognize it in person, but as a digital image it just reminds me of those TRUMP LIVES HERE arrows. Being told there's Chinese on the bill and spotting it still isn't enough to convince me it's a fake, I'd need to touch it.
That photo is really blown out, in person the colors are near perfect.

It gave me an uneasy feeling when I touched it thought because my brain was expecting one feeling and my hand got something different, hard to describe.

On the face side there aren't anything unusual about the bills.

Short version: a group of potential jurors are selected and (provided they aren't bright enough to find a way out) gather at the courthouse.

Of that group 12 are selected to sit in the Juror's Box, at which point they're questioned by the Judge, prosecutor, and defense teams to determine whether or not they're a fit for the trial.

Prosecution/Defense will (typically) attempt to read the Juror's and argue for the dismissal of any they feel are detrimental to their case. If any of the 12 in the box are dismissed they're replaced by a new potential juror from the aforementioned group.

I'm by no means an expert, so I could be wrong about certain things depending on individual state laws/processes.
