Funny thing is there was an episode about Skipper thinking he was a girl in The Penguins of Madagascar.
The Zookeeper thinks at least one of the penguins is female so Kowalski does a DNA test to prove her wrong. The machine malfunctions (And they don't notice that until the end of the episode) and shows Skipper as female and this results in Skipper going to Marlene to learn more about being female.
He ends up becoming a very stereotypical girl, just like a troon, and refuses to help people because that isn't a ladylike thing to do. The penguins eventually fix the machine, Skipper learns he really was male and everything returns to normal.
It was just a stupid joke but this person took it seriously it seems.
