I believe he's a comedian. He's been on the show before but I couldn't pick his voice out of the clusterfuck of that are his co-hosts.
EDIT: Apparently he's from Compound Media (never heard of them) and that it's a sub-only show. Fuck that.

Compound Media is Anthony Cumia’s network he founded after getting kicked off O&A. It’s hilariously mismanaged by Keith “The Cop” Maresca (Ant’s version of Gaydur) with a terrible website and limps by only because of people forgetting to cancel their subscriptions. There were once some big names on there like Gavin McInnes and the Legion of Skanks, but they all left long ago. At any rate Pat Dixon is a fucking nobody.
Ralph should try to get Cumia on his show or go on Ant’s show because they’re equally desperate and disgraced at this point.
