What is considered "dark skin" is relative, and therefore subjective.
For example, a "fair-skinned" Indian may not have the same skin tone as a "fair-skinned" Chinese

Likewise, what is considered "dark-skin" in China is not the same as "dark-skin" in India.

So eastern artists colour dark-skinned characters RELATIVELY DARKER than what they're used to. It's not because they think negroes do not exist.
Also, the darkest color spot in that image is almost black on my screen. It doesn't matter who you're trying to draw at that point, avoid it unless you want your character to be looking like this:

Here's the video. I checked it out and it actually wasn't bad. It doesn't pander or put on stupid music. It's silent and direct with the message. And it doesn't make being a white person the biggest sin to mankind. It's an actual grown-ass message.
Yea I'd rather a kid watch this PSA over Steven Universe's Anti-Racism 3 part PSAs and the makers self-sucking their malformed cocks off on how brave and progressive they are.

Again, I have the high opinion that the term racist should be talked about with pre-teens and teens, not literal 5-year-olds who can't even spell racist.
(But we've established that grown teens and adults are watching children's shows more than ever and need to re-educate themselves on basic human decency.)

To be fair the far right skintones are fine, when you know how to fucking shade. That's a color you should use with lighter tones to define features. But SJW artists would see it as whitewashing because they are braindead.

From what I've observed from real life, you need to shade with blues, silvers and reds to offset the extreme darkness. But unless you're a skilled artist, your true and honest black character is going to come out looking like this:

I know these aren’t characters but I don’t think the bottom right colors are out of the range of possibilities for actual skin tones.

The problem is that those people are actually pretty and not fat trans blobs.
